  • Coach Geoff - Strength & Fitness

    Geoff is a NASM certified personal trainer with 9 years experience specializing in working with beginners looking to improve their level of fitness.

    Geoff offers 2 complimentary sessions for new members to help you get started.

  • Coach Taylor - Functional Fitness

    Taylor specializes in functional fitness, corrective exercise, and calisthenics. He takes a holistic approach to training that goes beyond just lifting weights. Taylor focuses on developing the body's overall movement patterns to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. He will teach you how to get more out of your body than it is currently giving you.

  • Coach Duy - Strength & Fitness

    Duy has more than 5 years of experience working as a PT and is ISSA certified. He has a passion for bodybuilding and can help you prepare to step on stage.

    If you're looking for an experienced coach to provide you with technical and nutritional guidance, reach out! Duy will help you exercise confidently and build a healthier lifestyle.

  • Coach Eric - Strongman

    Eric brings extensive strongman experience to the gym. He has competed in international strongman events like OSG and the Arnold, placed Top 5 Arnold Amateur World Championships 2022 and Top 20 Official Strongman Games 2023. Additionally, he is the Strongman Corporation State Chair.

    With 10+ years of coaching experience, Eric offers fully customized programs that are scientifically backed and evidence based. He coaches powerlifting and strongman as well as general fitness. Experienced athletes as well as people just getting started on their fitness journey are welcome to reach out.

  • Coach Hector - Powerlifting

    Hector is an experienced national level Powerlifter of 11 years, a national level USAPL Referee, has served as the President of the UT Longhorn Powerlifting Team, and is a certified strength coach!

    Hector can provide 1:1 sessions, online programming, or a mixture of the two to help you achieve your goals. Whether your interests are in competitive powerlifting, wanting to increase your day-to-day quality of life, or simply being the strongest person in your workplace for fun, he can work with you!

  • Coach Molly

    Molly is HBC’s official gym dog with a extensive background in barking at delivery trucks and ball chasing. Molly has zero tolerance on missing depth on squats, expect to be barked at if she catches you squatting high.

    Molly offers free sessions for all members, and appreciates donations of pets and scratchies. A full time gym dog, she is always ready to greet you at the door.

Class Offerings

  • Strongman Saturdays

    Saturdays are for strongmen! Led by coach Eric Carlson, you can come in on Saturdays from 12 to 1:30 pm and try out any of our strongman equipment or train events for an upcoming show!

    $5/drop ins, free for members.

  • Gym Time with Geoff

    Office hours style group training hour every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 6 pm to 7 pm for programmed athletes.

    $99/month and includes customized programming.
